Shipping Policies

 

At this time we only ship with in Canada. Our system is setup to accept internet orders from British Columbia automatically. For any other province please contact us

If you reside in a rural area and your order requires special handling for delivery by our carriers then you may incur additional shipping costs.

Scheduling Delivery

Most of our orders are delivered by own Delivery service. Deliveries are generally scheduled between Wednesday through Sunday 9:00 am thru 5:00 pm. Our Delivery service department will contact you to schedule an appointment within a 2-hour delivery window. We always try our utmost to deliver between the scheduled appointment times. However, please understand that these are just estimated timeframes and we can not guarantee this window. If the delivery window changes, we make every attempt to notify you. Please note that any missed or "not at home" deliveries may incurr additional redelivery costs if not previoulsy advised to us.

At times we do use other delivery services such as Fedex for smaller items which do not call prior to delivery but give a specific date.

Multiple Item Policy

We offer products from a variety of manufacturers. Therefore, if you purchase more than one item, you can expect to receive more than one delivery.

Confirmation

Regardless of the method you choose to place your order (online or via telephone), you will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes your order information within 24 hours. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Obtaining an Order Status

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships. This will include your personal tracking number along with carrier contact information in case of delivering to you via Fedex.

Shipping Time Frames

We generally find deliveries occur within our estimated timelines, however we can not control exact delivery times, and do not guarantee delivery dates. Please keep in mind that holidays and inclement weather can often cause a short delay.

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Deluxe Delivery Service

At Beds2love Furniture we are proud to say we Do Not perform "Curb Side Delivery" This delivery service is generally to the entrance of your ground level home or apartment building and is widely used by furniture companies. We don't believe in that level of service.

With our Deluxe Delivery service which is our standard delivery service, we're happy to place your purchased furniture in their original packaging, in any room you desire, but we are not able to unpack, attach them to existing bed frames in case of a headboard, or setup and install.

Please note: set up of new furniture and removal of debris or old furniture is not included.

White Glove Delivery Service

White Glove Delivery is a platinum delivery service available on select products. White Glove Delivery includes inside placement of products into your room of choice, delivery of items up to two (2) flights of stairs, unpacking of items, debris removal, and product set-up (limited to fifteen (30) minutes).

Please note, this service carries an additional cost. If you wish to have this service performed on your delivery date please contact us ahead 3-5 days prior to the arranged delivery date. A quote will given to you upon contacting us.

Back Orders
In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by phone, mail or email.
